She has spent her career inside Fortune 100 and 500 organizations, partnering closely with senior leaders to align teams, strengthen communication, and build environments where people and performance thrive. Her work sits at the intersection of executive coaching, leadership development, and culture strategy, supporting leaders through the moments that matter most.

Lindsey has led global initiatives including leadership summits, employee engagement and listening strategies, and enterprise-wide communication efforts for organizations of more than 5,000 employees. She is known for cutting through complexity, getting to the heart of what’s actually needed, and creating practical, grounded solutions leaders can put into action immediately.
